The most fulfilling meal I’ve had lately is at a friend's dinner last Friday. We were treated to a lavish seafood spread and both my husband and I stuffed ourselves to the fullest. It was very different from the regular fare; there were a variety of flavoursome prawn, lobster and crab items. The wonderful thing is that the entire spread was made at home. It was an elaborate and exceptional spread that left no room for dessert.

I love all kinds of food, and often eat out. When it comes to trying out seafood at a restaurant, I prefer Trishna, where the food is superb. I take fancy in their lobster specialities. Though I am a perfect foodie, I am not too good at cooking and I prefer to stay away from the kitchen.
