Bangalore races cancelled: The stewards of the Bangalore Turf Club have cancelled the 19th and 20th day races scheduled on January 25 and 26 due to paucity of entries, following the withdrawal by the trainers, a release from the Bangalore Turf Club said on Wednesday.

Consequently, the Poonawalla Bangalore Derby (Grade-I), The Mysore Race Club Trophy and the Ted Fordyce cup scheduled for the 20th day have also been cancelled, the release said.
