Understand there is no compulsion in any religion. YOu cannot convert anyone with force. Unless there is some oppression or discrimanation by one religion the person do not change or get converted to another religion. It is a matter of personal faith. The lower caste hindus are always oppressed by Upper class hindus and hence when they see that there is no difference or discrimation in Christanity or Islam they easily get converted from Hinduism.
