London An American website has obtained a taped phone conversation between Lindsay Lohan and her father Michael where the Mean Girls star is almost on the verge of breaking down.

Earlier Lohan senior had warned Lindsay to seek help for her prescription drug addiction or he would release a string of taped phone conversations with her and her mum Dina.

TMZ.com has now posted one such conversation over the Internet.

"Mommy says that I'm worse than you were. She doesn't back me... She doesn't stand by me... No one cares about me. They don't, by the way. It's about how they feel, not how I feel. It's not about me. It's never been about me, unless I fight for it," the Daily Express quoted a sobbing Lohan, as telling her dad in the footage.

Lindsay, 23, has now plans to seek a restraining order against her father following his public outcries about her health.
