London Director Danny Boyle offered a sneak peak of 2012 London opening ceremony that would include the ringing of a massive bell and one of the UK's most maligned institutions, the National Health Service.

Boyle told reporters Friday at an event marking six months until the games that the opening ceremony was “an enormous bloody thing”.

Boyle said that he was aware of the pressures to produce the first Summer Games ceremony since Beijing, but his point of comparison will be the previous one in Sydney because of its emphasis on individuals.
