Mumbai, July 4: The Mahindra group on Friday said that its 100 per cent subsidiary, Mahindra USA, has been rated highest in overall satisfaction amongst tractor manufacturers in a survey conducted by the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA).

The survey was conducted among 1,309 dealers on 36 criteria, a press release issued in Mumbai said.

"The US is a very important market for M&M's Farm Equipment Sector, and to top NAEDA's survey in overall satisfaction is a great honour," Mahindra USA's Chairman, Anjanikumar Choudhari, said.

The rating was adjudged on product availability and quality, technical support, parts availability and quality, warranty procedures, manufacturer response to dealer needs and advertising and marketing support.

M&M's Farm Equipment Sector (FES) is already among the top three manufacturers in the world and has been the undisputed leader in the Indian tractor industry.

NAEDA is the apex dealer association in the USA.
