It is high time that the citizens of India demand action from the Union Government. The might of the Indian armed forces need to brought to bear upon these terrorists who have no compunction causing death and destruction to others. Perhaps the nation need to outsource this job to the Sri Lankan armed forces if the Indian security system does not have stomach to deal with it.
