The Maoists had kidnapped Hansda, who lived in Sirisboni village, a few days back.
Hansda's body was found near Goaltore in Maoist infested West Midnapore district.
Hansda, who was a teacher at the Purulia Vivekananda High School, was an active member of Gana Pratirodh Committee, a rival of the Maoist-backed People's Committee against Police Atrocities.
The Maoists had earlier warned him in this regard.
Earlier in October, the Maoists had beheaded Francis Indwar, a special branch inspector of Jharkhand police and later threw his body on NH 33 that connects Patna to Jamshedpur.

Dont give lectures take some action, behead few maoists, i say do it on national TV, see how they stop. i think the govt is holding some of their leaders, behead those leaders, Any politician associated with maoists should also be beheaded, this should stop. How can a teacher be killed and our govt doing nothing. Take strong action.
It is not understood that what is stopping Indian Government to take action against the barbarians. If it is not the involvement of the politicians as stated by the Home Minister, then What??
