"I do not like people who compliment me seriously or deride me seriously. Aamir is a good thinking man and I will discus with him what comments he has made about me. Maybe they were out of context," Shah Rukh, who spent the day doing a series of promotional events for his home production 'Billu' releasing this Friday told reporters in Mumbai.
"I may not be a good marketing person but people who know me say that I am a fantastic person," he said.
Aamir had said recently said that Shah Rukh is a good PR person but not a good marketing man.
To a question on why he immediately agreed to drop 'Barber' from the film's name on the eve of the release, he said, "I make a film to make everyone happy. There is no intention of hurting anyone. I may be legally correct on the title but representatives of the Salon and Hairdressers Association were very emotional. If the film is good, audience will come to watch it irrespective of the title. I hope nobody objects to name 'Billu'. I don't know what I will do then."
He also told about his plans to create his official website. "I want to be as innovative as possible," he said, referring to srkworld.com portal he started few years ago.
"The idea was ahead of the times. This is a good excuse to say if the initiative has closed down because it did not have any takers. But I do plan to create my website," he said, adding he will have enough time to think on these lines creatively while recuperating from shoulder surgery.
When asked about actors taking to blogging, Shah Rukh said it was a good medium to clarify misunderstandings.
"Through media, I get what I want conveyed to my fans. So I don't think there is anything more to write. If I start blogging, I will talk about life to youngsters rather than writing about my daily routine and posting pictures," he said.

Amir need not keep advising others because of which he has enemies. He is not God or an old man to advice his associate. He can talk with SRK directly calling him and tell his views about what he feels..or he is like amitabh jealous that he was not able to get chunk from 'slumdog millionaire..' and so oppose it and be famous in outside media...making controversies throw light on you..so some people want to do notorious things or pass remarks..Amir khan..please be matured..call srk and help him understand..why you said something.
Amir Khan has grown arrogant after the accolades his recent movies (RDB, TZP etc) have got- he has taken upon himself to comment on the professional and personal qualities of his colleagues, who are arguably more successful than he himself has been. He should keep his mouth shut in public when it comes to co-stars. And one is surprised that somebody can even think of Amitabh as being 'jealous' of anybody in the Indian film industry! What Amitabh has achieved is something the likes of SRK and Amir can only dream of- his success, his huge huge popularity, and on top of it the respect he commands as an individual- are something that others can very well be jealous of! About the Oscars, his comments were quite justified- we Indians, and more unfortunately the English educated ones, are yet to get over our slavish mentality and still consider our movies and products as sub-standard unless certified by the white, 'superior' West. On the same grounds, one tends to agree with Amitabh when he says that 'Bollywood' is a degrading name for the Hindi film industry- it is not meant to be an imitation of Hollywood- it has to stand in its own right.
Aamir is an actor, SRK is a poser. Just watch his movie Rakh and see. He made some crap movies true, but Aamir's crap movies are the best SRK can make.

Don't worry King Kahn, you're simply the best!! You have 5 times more blockbusters under your belt compared to just 2 of Aamir, the hype Khan - Raja hindustani and Ghajini... When that is the case, it is he who needs marketing skills and not you..
