New Delhi, July 23: Emboldened by UPA's victory in the trust vote, LJP leader and Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan lashed out at BSP supremo Mayawati and said her dreams to become the prime minister has been shattered.

"Mayawati Mungeri Lal ke hasin sapne dekh rahi thi (Mayawati was living in the world of fantasies)". But now her dream has been shattered," he said.

Accusing the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister of playing "opportunistic politics", Paswan said Mayawati went all out to destroy Congress and UPA, but her bluff has been called.

"The UNPA and the so-called third front has no future. Their leaders are frustrated and in utter despair," he said adding that their future was "bleak".

Paswan congratulated Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Samajwadi Party leaders for UPA's victory in the trust vote in the Lok Sabha last night.
