With Islamabad dilly-dallying on taking action, two senior ministers talked tough saying there was ‘no noticeable change’ in Pakistan's attitude and Indian forces will have to remain alert.
"More than 30 terrorist outfits are still operating in Pakistan. There is no improvement or any change in their attitude," Defence Minister A K Antony said.
With Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) assuming a new name to evade UN sanctions, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee bluntly stated that it was Pakistan government's responsibility of acting against the outfit even if it changes its nomenclature or form.
Underscoring that JuD has been banned by the UN, he said the world community should take appropriate action if Pakistan fails to comply with its international commitments and conventions.
Antony rubbished Pakistan's ‘advice’ for de-activating ground and air troops in forward areas saying ‘nobody will tell us’ what to do. "After the 26/11 (Mumbai terror strikes), we must be prepared to meet any eventuality. It is our duty".
The minister also brushed aside statements emanating from Pakistan that India was escalating tensions with that country. "Armed forces are doing their duty. they are not escalating anything. They have to be fully prepared to meet any challenge from any quarter, any threat from any quarter".
Mukherjee too voiced New Delhi's agitation over Pakistan turning a blind eye to the skullduggery by terror outfits.
"When LeT (Lashkar-e-Toiba) was banned, it came up as JuD. Now it has been banned. It (JuD) might have taken another name. This is the pattern we have noticed in Pakistan," Mukherjee said.
"It is the responsibility of Pakistan government to stop activities of these banned organisations in any form, in any name, in any shape," he said.
Mukherjee's remarks came on the move by JuD to rename itself as 'Tehreek-e-Hurmat-e-Rasool' (Movement for defending the honour of God) to avoid restrictions which Pakistan could be forced to impose on it because of UNSC sanctions in the wake of the Mumbai attacks.
Mukherjee pointed out that Pakistan is a party to various international conventions, including SAARC Convention against terrorism of 1987 and the special protocol of 2004 of SAARC countries.
He said if Pakistan does not comply with the UNSC ban, it is for the international community to ‘take appropriate action’.

Mr. A K Antony is a complete failure as defence minster of India. He is not cared whats going on, he is just busy in inaugurating defence factories, Naval academy etc.. in kerala. This is just to eye wash the Keralites, because you know, the election is nearing. He must become at least an M P from kerala, and he knows that he will not become a cabinet minster any more, because of the negligence of his ministry 200 innocent Indians were killed by terrorists. He could not direct armed forces to do the needful.

He is the one who Ordered the Armed forces to have INDO- AMERICAN joint Naval exercise, and Army exercise in Kashmir. Mr. Antony has given the key of Indian armed forces to the United states. We have no secrets now. It is most likely that whatever the informations U S collected at the time of joint exercise, it will go to pakistan.
The President should take over the Command of Armed forces. Mr. A K Antony should be fired from defence minister portfolio with immediate effect. We Indians are ashamed of you mr. Antony. We are sick and tired of your filty statements. Mr. Antony, when he was waste for Kerala as chief minister, he resigned. Now he is a National waste. If he continue as defence minister, he will put India as prey for terrorists. He should be accounted for the death 190 poor innocent Indians.
Mr. A K Antony, the Bombay massacre took place just because of the failure of your Ministry. Were you hiding while the terrorist attack was going on in Mumbai ? Even Narendra Modi visited mumbai, forget about, whatever the purpose it was for. Mr. Antony better to resign and let Narendra modi to take over the Defence Ministry, or at least Mr. Bal Thakrey for a short period only. Our present Defence Ministry is incapable and unfit to be the defence minister of India. He should be held responsible for the death of almost 200 innocent Indians.
Entire world is aware that more number of Terror outfits are operating in Pakistan, admittedly with the tacit support of the Pak Army. Even though India demonstrated the evidence that the Terrorists attack in Mumbai is perpetrated by the Pak sponsored terrorists, the Pak Govt is taking a belligerant stand that there is no evidence to prove that the attack is made by the Pak terrorists and not taking any action against the terrorists based in Pakistan. Therefore, i feel that there is no other alternative for India, except to demolish the terrost camps in Pakistan,as was done by Israel in Gaza, otherwise such situation will continue in future also, causing huge loss of innocent lives of our countrymen for no fault on their part, which is very unfortunate. Therefore India has to take its own decision, as the Pak Govt is not respecting and not heeding to the Diplomatic advice given by the world leaders.
Our Medium Arty should be authorised to engage pre-registered targets(militant bases) in POK so as to show India's determination to take the battle into enemy territory.Give them a taste of their own medicine.
After a loooong silence Mr. A K Antony, The defence minister has surfaced like. Sir, where were you ? We need actions sir, not statements and statements. In fact the whole drama of the terrorists took place because of your Minstry could not give firm Order and power to the Armed forces to seal off our costal lines. You were the first one to declare that our costal lines are not safe. If so how could the Pakistani terrorists intrude to our Country ?? Pakistanis should be punished, if not the Concerned Ministry should be anserable to the families of our Innocent citizens killed.

pakistan's economic survival depends upon producing and exporting these "state less actors" then asking western countries for financiqal help to tackle them but using the same money to produce more "stateless actors" under the able guidance of "state actors". Even though Mr. Antony works under great Xtian saint of love Sonia and Priyanka, he has been influenced by right wing Hindus including those in Congress like Pranab. These belligerent statements will not bring our brother muslims into mainsteam. Visionary seculars like Ramadoss Karunaniddi Lalu Mullayam Amar Amitab Jaya Aishwhoerya Karat Yechury Prochand etc. have shown the right way to build the India of the dreams of our great leaders like Robeendranath Gandhi and Nehru- a secular India under the guidance of non Hindu forces. One main step in this direction is to provide lots of reservation for misguided Pakistani youth in all the key positions of our security forces, police, army, intelligence, etc. Also, since Perevex Musharraf (muxlim) is now free, and Mr. George Bush (Xtian) will soon be free, it is a great good fortune for secular forces in India. Invite them to take top positions in India instead of holding the next election and wasting money, so India can be run secularly.

Prepare a detailed list of Paki trecherous heathen who are responsible for terrorism in India.,They are the ISI, Paki Army rogue elements like Kiyani and others and the terrorist groups.2. Plan a detailed forward path into how you will go about liquidating each one of them.3. Pour in resources, men and materials to carry out the liquidation of ALL the terrorists anywhere in Pakistan 4. Send in Indian Intellegence Agents and Special Forces Teams into Pakistan by infiltrating them into Pakistan5. Carry out planned assasination of all the terrorists what ever are the consequences.6. If the Defece Minister is very certain about the number of Terror outfits as 330, why not publish the details in the Media. When the details are made available in the public domain each time it is known, half the problem will be solved as they will be on the run all the time! And, on top, I beleive, this information is not part of national security of any country or any classified information.
