The Railway Minister made this comments hours after meeting Congress president Sonia Gandhi, during which he is understood to have conveyed Yadav's terms and conditions to her with regard to the support over the nuclear deal issue.
"Sarkar bi rahega, deal bi chalega (the government will survive and the deal will go through)," Prasad told reporters in New Delhi when asked to comment on the stand-off between Congress and Left parties over the Indo-US nuclear deal.
Asked about the possibility of SP supporting the UPA government, he said, "We are together and will remain together always."
SP, which has 39 members in Lok Sabha, is understood to have put forth certain terms and conditions for backing the government, the sources said.
The 39 MPs of SP would have a crucial role in ensuring survival of the UPA government in case Left parties, with 59 MPs, withdraw support.

Lalu knows well that he is only holding the post of Minister till Congress survives, he can play all the games to remain as Minister
SO WHAT IF INDIA IS ALIGNED WITH USA AND THE WESTLET THE COMMUNISTS GO TO HELL AND THEY WILL BE WIPED OUT IN THE NEXT ELECTIONS THEY ARE THE WORST UNPATRIOTIC PARTY
i much worried about lefts. only 3 states they are. with US and UPA tie up, there is every possibility that UPA will sent US spies to the 3 states for a game. democracy is in danager. no doubt,if majority lost, upa will declare emergency. US with their warship will come to help them. they already know the strategic locations around Bengal coastal after the recent exercise with ak antony. if kizakka says worst unpatriotic is left, which is the bad unpatriotic party. i think next election the three states people will ditch lefts and hug upa. madamji with manji with USji will give prosperity in two years. let us see where will be the hell and who will be in the hell then.
