And if the source of such an attack, Pakistan, is not nipped in its bud now, it would not be a surprise that the terrorists are encouraged to launch similar attacks in other parts of the world including the United States as well, they argued.
"So please consider Mumbai attack as your own problem and not merely an Indian problem," pleaded Indian Americans, who divided themselves into 20 different groups and fanned out at the Capitol Hill to make forceful presentations of their case.
These Indian Americans have come together under the banner of Indian-American Task Force (IATF), which was formed in the aftermath of the Mumbai attack with the sole purpose of lobbying before Congressmen and Obama Administration, urging them to use their leverage over Pakistan to act quickly and fast against those responsible for the Mumbai mayhem.
The IATF also emphasised that unlike in the past Pakistan, the country whose territories are considered to be safe haven for terrorists, should not be simply let off this time.
Given the clout Indian Americans have developed over the past few years, the day-long campaign at the Capitol has already unnerved the Pakistani Americans, who a day earlier issued an appeal that they should not listen to the ‘anti-Pak rhetoric’s’ of Indian Americans.

As regards the un-nerved Paki Americans - it shows that they are really brainless Paki Americans. They should realise that Indian Americans are against terrorism that is emanating from their soil. Today it is the Swat Valley that is Talibanised and tomorrow it will be the whole of the Paki country. Then where will they go or what will they do ??

India should stop sucking upto the US. This is not at all a US issue. Beware,...this would be counterproductive to india. Firstly, all countries that work with US, sooner or later end up with lots of problems. Secondly, if you involve US in this issue, then Kashmir would also become an international issue if it already isn't one!
It is good see there is lobbying done in US to make them understand severity of it and addressing the issue through strong deplomacy than by war. But it is equally important for Indian government to act aggressively on deplomatic front by cutting links with these sources of terrorism till terrorism is prevented. Else, we are saying we are good with Pakistan and ask US to curb Pakistan on terrorism. Very few can see the sincerity in this kind of approach.
It's good that citizens responded. We should be united to fight terrorism.It does not matter where we live we all are indians.

Pakistanis know the truth behind the mumbai carnage and fear the consequences. so their "non state actors" once again launched a campaign under guidance from "State actors" to try to hide the truth by resorting to pressure tactics. Everyone in US administartion knows the truth that US citizens were preferentially killed by terrorists in mumbai carnage. So it becomes the duty of US administration to find out the source and punish the culprits so that they can not do it again, anywhere in the world.
