Mumbai, July 3: It was reported earlier that Neil Nitin Mukesh would be making his singing debut in director Jehangir Surti’s Freeze. Now it seems that the actor will not just sing but also compose the song he’s set to croon.

The actor, who stole everyone’s heart with his performance in Johnny Gaddaar last year, would be reviving some old tunes that he has composed along with some help from music director Pritam.

The song is said to be the film’s theme song and if Neil’s genes are anything to go by, we surely have a rocking number in store.

NEIL TO SING by J S BROCA on 03 Jul 2008

DEAR EDITOR,A THREE-IN-ONE DELIGHT FROM NEIL NITIN MUKESH WILL BE MOST EAGERLY AWAITED BY CINEGOERS.A HANDSOME HUNK,WITH ACTING TALENTS AND A LILTING MELODIOUS VOICE IS A RARE COMBINATION..HOWEVER IT IS SUGGESTED THAT NEIL SHOULD DEVELOPE A DISTINCT STYLE OF HIS OWN INSTEAD OF TRYING TO COPY HIS FATHER NITIN OR HIS GRANDFATHER MUKESH. LETS HOPE HIS SINGING / COMPOSING DEBUT IN "FREEZE", MELTS THE HEARTS OF HIS LISTENERS.WISHING HIM ALL THE BEST.-J.S.BROCANOIDA
