Pressing their demand, the rebel group claimed the Central leadership had not decided in favour of continuing with Yeddyurappa as Chief Minister.
Tourism Minister Janardhana Reddy, who has been camping in New Delhi, met senior party leader Sushma Swaraj as part of his oust Yeddyurappa campaign.
"In the interest of BJP and the workers in Karnataka, we need a very good leadership in the state. Whatever my stand is, I am not changing," he told reporters in Delhi.
State Revenue Minister Karunakara Reddy, spearheading the campaign along with his brother Janardhana Reddy, described as "lies and creation of the media", reports quoting BJP Chief President Rajnath Singh as saying that Yeddyurappa would continue.
Talking to reporters in Bangalore, he said Singh had not told them about it (continuation of Yeddyurappa) and a decision (on leadership change) could not be taken within a few hours.

I think BJP is on the verge of collapse in karnataka also. They came to power promising Gujarat like development. 24 hour power and all in the name of farmer. But nothing of great developmental activities seen. Now whoever will be in power till next election, will be looking for making money. No developmental works takes place. Yes, it is a potical drama from one of the reputed and discipline national party in karnataka. Even senior leader can't do anything for the rebellions in the disciple party due to money, muscle and indirect supports from other parties. The govt is under the control of reddies, they will definatly "Loot" our state within short period and looking for other party for their survive in future.They are giving statement which are meaningless as well as not related state administartion. A disciplined party BJP is buckling under the pressure of money. BJP sold itself to Reddys for power. Once in power Reddys are playing their games. Reddys wanted a political shelter for their illegal mining, for which it took BJP for a ride. Reddys who are new to politics knows nothing about kannada, karnataka etc., They know only illegal mining, for which they would annex Karnataka to Andhra. The ultimate formula will be to fulfil the ambition of Yeddi to be CM for 5 years, and Reddys will continue to loot the mines and continue illegal mining till next 5 years, and swith on their sides to the powers to be.

Hope the new formula formulated does not compromise the interest of the State to the undue advantage of the mining lobby and this is what the people of the State yearn for.
BSY is a the popular leader of a popular government in the state of Karnataka. The Reddy's tried to blackmail a popular government and have failed.BSY must be given a free hand to deal with any such rebellions in the future. The people of Karnataka are both proud and happy with the BSY led BJP government in the state.

If the present Chief Minister is changed it will lead to handing over Karnataka State to another Madhu Koda. Mind it Madhu Koda was promoted to prevent BJP to develop the State of Jharkhand. Another Madhu Koda at the present is not in the interest of the nation
The new formula for survival would be to sell the State to the Reddys and ensure that Yeddi's hold to gaddi is solidified. Who cares a damn for the people of the State ? What Yeddy and Reddys want is to loot the State and fill their locker as this is the last time they are going to be power in Karnataka.
First,i wish non kannadiga's should refrain from behaving like kings,this is for both Vasu and Reddy.Telugu and Tamil People are taking kannadiga's for ride.This is not question of BJP or congress.This is not even question of Reddy brothers.This battle is battle for Kannada soul.I may not personally think Yeddyrappa is best,however he is kannadaiga.So non kannadaiga's should know their limit and reddy's should mind their mining business.Telugu lobby is at work with support from Congress.I would rather see Devegouda back as CM,but not non kannadiga Reddy's.It is all ploy from Congress party which is anti kananda.
Why are you bringing Congress into the scene ?
