Los Angeles Hollywood beauty, Nicole Kidman was not present to witness the meeting of her ex husband superstar Tom Cruise and current husband singer Keith Urban who met at the Daytona 500 motor sports event.

While Cruise was there with adopted son Connor to inaugurate the event,Urban entertained the 10,000 strong audience with a makeshift concert from the centre of the tracks, ‘E! Online’ reported.

Cruise also brought along his father-in-law Martin Joseph Holmes, father of his current wife actress Katie Holmes, as he got behind the wheel of a Green Chevrolet ,the same vehicle used in his 1990 film "Days of Thunder" which was shot at Daytona .

Later, Urban and Cruise both attended the pre-race driver meeting. The two were seated on opposite ends, but Cruise heartily applauded Urban when the singer was introduced.

Kidman skipped the event, probably to avoid the hype about being reunited with Cruise at the same location where they hooked up while filming ‘Days of Thunder’.
