Stalls of NGOs and sponsors of the festival will be allowed at the Leisure Valley in front of Government Museum and Art Gallery, Sector 10.
The highlight of the three-day event will be a performance by singer Sunidhi Chouhan on February 24 at the Leisure Valley.
North Zone Cultural Centre artistes will perform on February 22 and 23 at the Rose Garden. The festival will also see a folk dance competition, a qawwali competition, antakshari, a Punjabi Pop nite, and a street play.
Entries for the flower competitions (February 20, 21, 22, see box) will be accepted till a day before the contests.
Entry forms for these competitions and that for the painting contest will be available in the office of the Executive Engineer, Government Nursery, Sector 23-C and at the Rose Garden.
Entry forms for Rose Prince and Rose Princess competitions can be obtained from the office of Executive Engineer, Electricity Operation, Sector 17 E on the payment of Rs 125 per entry.
While photography competition on “Chandigarh in February” is already on till February 20, the other competitions include brass and pipe band competition, rose quiz and kite flying competition.

February 22: Flower arrangement and cut flowers competition
February 23: Rose Prince and Rose Princess competitions (last date for receipt of entries is February 21)
February 24: On-the-spot painting competition at Rose Garden (last date for receipt of entries is February 20)
February 24: Performance by Sunidhi Chouhan at Leisure Valley
