"It has gone to the IAEA, it will come back to this committee which we have set up. When that comes we will see. It is not going forward anywhere," CPI(M) General Secretary Prakash Karat said.
He said the understanding between the UPA and the Left was that the Government will negotiate with the IAEA on the safeguards treaty and bring the outcome to the committee, set up to iron out differences on the issue.
"Let it (the negotiations with IAEA) be over and come to the committee. It is not going beyond that anywhere now," he told reporters after releasing the draft political resolution for the CPI(M)'s 19th Party Congress.
"Let it rest where it is now," he added.
The 55-page draft resolution talks about the firm stand taken by the CPI(M) and other Left parties to oppose the deal and its decision to do whatever is necessary to block the agreement.
"Faced with the political consequences of such a confrontation with the Left, the Congress and the UPA decided not to proceed further with the operationalisation of the agreement," it said.
The party views the strong opposition to the deal as a "significant step in the struggle to prevent the US making India its junior partner," it said.
Communists all over the world have an extra loyalty for countries like former USSR and China. They like the people to be poor and ignorant and as long as they manage to keep them down the comminists prosper. Look at WB the state is ina mess. People should wise up and ots them out. Comies are Chinese Dogs. They have never been pro-India. Most of them are migrants from Bangladesh. The states they rule are not worth investments. The Indo-us nukelear pact is very important to grow futre of india,s development. There is such problem in the contract but it can solve by mutuchal understanding. Why congress fear the left front,better drope relationship in political front. Left plocies never help the country,s growth.
We Indians have to seriously think how to get rid of these Chinese dogs in our country. They are a far worse threat than Pakis, Al-Qaida or China. We have to seriously consider if we can push these Bangladeshi beggars to their homeland where they have migrated from.
When china does not solve border dispute with India along it Northern border our famous communist Karat has no opinion or criticism. When Soviets screw us with sub standard military items such as aircraft carrier and MIG planes, son-of-a bitch Karat has no opinion. But he is full of criticism when we make progress for India through western countries help such 123 nuclear deal. He also tells us with no alternative energy solution. He loves if India gangs up with IRAN against USA that his objective. he is not even a patriotic Indian. This guy should be sent back to his beloved China and then shot in his own lovable land. People who vote for him are first rate idiots.
Mr Prakash Karat (and CPM) is Enemy Number One for India and Indians progress out of poverty.He has done nothing for India and his life is that of a traitor. He stands for everything thatwill keep Indians poor. (And of course he supports all the nuclear development happeningin China) But progress in India he cannot tolerate.He is public enemy number one.
