Beijing Lenovo Group, the world's fourth-largest maker of personal computers, had no plan to cut more jobs, and it will continue to seek foreign acquisition opportunities, a senior executive said on Tuesday.

But Lenovo's Chief Executive Yang Yuanqing said the company is not in talks with Japan's Fujitsu Ltd about an acquisition.

Lenovo said last month that will eliminate 450 jobs in China, as it cuts costs in a bid to return to profitability in 2010. The jobs to be eliminated support global operations and are in addition to the 2,500 job cuts announced by the company early this year as part of a broader restructuring.
