Oil hits record high of $146 per barrel

London, July 3: London's Brent crude oil hit 146 dollars a barrel for the first time on Thursday, as traders reacted to Middle East tensions and the weak dollar.

Brent Noth Sea oil for August delivery surged to a life-time peak of 146.34 dollars.

New York's main oil contract,light sweet crude for August delivery, meanwhile surged past 145 for the first time to rech an all-time pinnacle of 145.43 dollars a barrel.

to solve problem in india , introduce petrol rationing-20 liter per 4 wheeler per month. open govt bunks. for more requirement charge rs 5 per lit extra in private bunks.
