Paes moves to No 6 in doubles rankings

New Delhi Indian ace Leander Paes replaced his estranged partner Mahesh Bhupathi at number six position in the ATP doubles rankings, released on Monday.

Paes now has 6940 ranking points, just 15 more than seventh placed Bhupathi. Rohan Bopanna moved to 72 with 1705 points after gaining three spots.

In the singles, Somdev continued to be India's highest ranked player at 150.

In the WTA rankings, Sania Mirza slipped to 88 from 75 in singles and lost nine places in doubles to stand 72nd.
