Gowda has deputed party spokesperson Y S V Datta to write it.
“I will narrate the events that unfolded in my political career since 1979 and attempts by some to destroy me on the political scene to my trusted associate and party spokesperson Y S V Datta. Let him write it,” Gowda said at a meeting of his partymen here.
“The people of the state and future generation should know about my political struggle and my efforts to build the party, despite pressures on me by Congress to join it during those years,” 75-year-old Gowda said.
Datta, MLC, is the JDS-chief’s undeclared private secretary, responsible for drafting all his letters,according to JDS sources.
A Few years ago Gowda had declared that he would pen his autobiography but now he wants Datta to compile it.
