The function was attended by many dignitaries including, Dr Brig Anil Kohli, chairman of the organisation, awardee of Padmabhusan and Padmashree, president of Dental Council of India and Maj Gen Kartar Singh, PVSM (retd), former Director General of Dental Services and founder member of the organisation.

Brig K Ravishankar did his Masters in Maxillofacial Surgery from Bombay University. He has been awarded the Fellowship of Indian Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has held many specialist, teaching and administrative appointments in Air Force and Army during the last 34 years of uniformed service. He has presented and published a number of papers and has been decorated with ‘Chief of Air Staff Commendation’ and ‘Vishisht Seva Medal’.
