Ahmedabad: Following leads given by an arrested SIMI member, the Ahmedabad Crime Branch has recovered two pistols, a pipe bomb, balloons and 19 CDs and DVDs containing speeches of Osama bin Laden and other al-Qaida leaders, laptops and hard drives from different places in the city. The recovery was made based on the statements of Usman Agarbattiwala one of the ten SIMI members arrested for their alleged involvement in the Ahmedabad blasts. Crime Branch officials claimed Agarbattiwala had taken care of the logistics of the Ahmedabad terror attack and was in regular contact with Mufti Abdul Bashr Kasmi; one of the alleged masterminds of the blasts.
