His purpose in life is to propagate lessons in meditation to people in villages and hinterland. "It is the birthright of every person to learn about spirituality which is the true path to happiness," Acharya Shree Swami Dhruv enlightens, "Spirituality also helps purge one of revenge, inferiority complex and leads to peace."

Swami Dhruv offers relationship counseling at his Indian Institute of Mind Management centre in Ghorpadi. Acharya Shree Swami Dhruv is the astrologer, counselor, motivator and spiritual physician at the centre. The purpose of the spiritual centre, which was started in June 2006, is to bring about peace of mind, encourage positive thinking, better relations and self-confidence in people. Swami Dhruv along with three other counselors organizes around five to six lectures and workshops in corporate houses, schools and jailhouses, and for the armed forces and other individuals. The counselors tutor in Brahmasutra, the meditation technique that is the path to eternal bliss.

The centre is the branch of Universal Spiritual Centre located in Nepal. He has conducted workshops in Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik and Pune. He says, "The current lives of people are unbalanced, the need of spirituality and meditation, that provides them with stability, is growing."

Delving into the science of thought processes, Swami Dhruv explains, "A thought is conceived in the mind and however big or small it is, it has to be managed in the mind."

"Some people even if aware of the hazards of smoking, cannot gain control over their habit. How can they be called intelligent people?" asks Swami Dhruv. Hence, as a solution to obtain control over your decisions, you manage the mind. Mind management can bring about behavioural changes and changes in your lifestyle, performance and it also equips you with time management skills.

"The normal human speech employs 150 words per minute. But our brain works 5% faster than this speed of speech and hence only 30% of the spoken words and registered by the listener and the level of listening has gone down gradually," he informs. If there is no listening, the relations cannot be sustained and cannot grow.

Swami Dhruv's message to people who come to him for advice is, "The solution to inferiority complex and lack of appreciation from others is to neglect it all because your credit wont be diminished. Truth is power and your patience will bear fruits." He also adds that meditation along with food and water should become a necessity in everyone's life because a person who has found his way does not trouble others.
