President Patil congratulates PM for NSG waiver

New Delhi, September 6: President Pratibha Patil on Saturday congratulated Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on successful completion to Nuclear Supplier Group negotiations.

In her message from Amravati in Maharashtra, the President said it was due to the Prime Minister's perseverance that the NSG waiver was successfully concluded in Vienna, a Rashatrapati Bhavan spokesperson said.
