Punjab: NRI, brother die under mysterious circumstances

Phagwara (Punjab) Two persons, including an NRI, died under mysterious circumstances in village Uchapind on Saturday night.

According to the family members, brothers Inderpreet Singh (29) and Amanpreet Singh (26) had gone to a seasonal fair in the village during the evening.

The duo woke up in the middle of the night gasping for breath but slumped after a short while, they said.

They were rushed to a nearby hospital but were declared brought dead.

Inderpreet was based in UK and had come here recently for his marriage.
