Patna With leaders of political parties switching loyalties after being denied tickets, the RJD has become the 'most favourite poaching ground' for the ruling NDA and RJD's ally Congress in Bihar before Lok Sabha polls.

Angry over denial of poll tickets, several RJD rebels, including Prasad's brother-in-law Anirudh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav, has switched to the Congress.

Other RJD heavyweights like a senior minister in the former Rabri Devi-led cabinet and MLA Ramai Ram and former MP Giridhari Yadav joined the Congress in New Delhi.

Immediately after their induction into the fold, the Congress rewarded the three with Lok Sabha tickets.

While Sadhu Yadav is the Congress nominee for West Champaran, Ramai Ram would contest from Gopalganj (SC) and Giridhari Yadav from Banka where he won in 2004 on an RJD ticket.

Similarly, RJD's MLA from Chainpur Mahabali Singh, veteran socialist leader and Rajya Sabha member Mangani Lal Mandal, former minister in Lalu's ministry Ravindra Kumar Tanti and former union minister Capt Jainarayan Nishad joined the JD(U).
