In separate whips issued, the parties asked their MPs to be present in the Lok Sabha during the two-day special session beginning Monday and vote against the government.
The RSP and Forward Block have three MPs each. Both the parties have asked their MPs to reach the Capital by Sunday.
"We have asked the MPs to be present in the Lok Sabha during the special session on July 21 and 22 and vote against the confidence motion," RSP general secretary T J Chandrachoodan said.
Three RSP MPs -- Ranen Barman, Joachim Baxla and Sanat Kumar Mandal all from West Bengal-- are expected to reach the national Capital soon, sources said.
The CPM and CPI have already asked their Lok Sabha members to oppose the trust vote on July 22.

Asoke Ghosh of Forward Block and Debabrata Bannerjee of RSP could not do much against CPM in West Bengal. They were shown their places by Biman Bose. So, they did the only thing they could do. They ran to Delhi and pumped up Prakash Karat, the general secretary of CPM to take a suicidal path of political wilderness. The only way CPM can get itself out of political harakiri is to dump Prakash and Brinda Karat - as they did with B.T.Randive in the past. And, these parasitic cartoons of prgressiveness in the form of Forward Block and RSP should be shown the door out the Left Front at the earliest possible opportunity. I wonder why Jyoti Babu is still maintaining silence. After all, these idiotic bunch of Prakash and Brinda Karat were responsible for the "historic blunder" committed by CPM by not allowing Jyoti Babu to becoming the Prime Minister when opportunity came knocking at their door. How long, Jyoti Babu, how long would you allow this circus to continue? The party we all love is going to the dogs.
