Bhatts seem to be expressing their love and affection for Emraan Hashmi and Vikram Bhatt's homecoming a little too much now. While it is common news that they graciously pulled back ‘Jannat 2’ by a week to accommodate Vikram's ‘Dangerous Ishq’, here is the newest tale in the town. Apparently, they have such huge confidence in Emraan and their once-favourite director and close confidante Vikram that they are pitching ‘Raaz 3’ as their biggest money-spinner in the making. That when it has gone on floors just yesterday.

"Mukeshji has already confided in the ones close to him that he is seeing ‘Raaz 3’ as the film that would fetch him maximum returns. When he makes a statement like that then one better trust him since last year his ‘Murder 2’ with Emraan made four times the kind of money that was invested into it. Now even though ‘Jannat 2’ would release first, Bhatt camp is confident that there is much more moolah that Emraan and Vikram would earn for them with ‘Raaz 3’ which is yet another growing franchise like Murder,” says a source close to Mukesh Bhatt.

In fact such ecstatic are Bhatts with the written material that they have in hand around ‘Raaz 3’ that they decided to gift the film to Vikram on his birthday. While Vikram turned a year older on Friday, he also began shooting for ‘Raaz 3’ on Sunday, hence pretty much justifying the homecoming associated with his return to the Bhatt camp.

“‘Raaz 3’ is what can be termed as the 'Horror of the hearts'. It is a completely new story, a romantic one at that, which would surprise and shock you. Yet again the legacy of Vishesh Films would continue with newcomers giving some great music to the film. I am sure it would break all records that films coming from our production house have created so far,” says Mukesh Bhatt.

However, isn't this announcement being made too soon in the day, considering the fact that Emraan Hashmi is the common element in both these films?

“Come on, I am talking about some natural progression here,” he said.

“Emraan should be happy. Before ‘Murder 2’ became our highest grosser ever, the record was held by his own ‘Jannat’. Now we are confident that ‘Jannat 2’ will break ‘Murder 2’ record while ‘Raaz 3’ would cross even that.”

Considering the fact that ‘Murder 2’ had come quite close to earning 50 crores at the box office, this indeed sounds like a tall order. But then given Emraan's purple patch, anything seems possible.
