Referring to Hazare's recent statement that he would launch anti-Congress campaign in the five poll bound states if Lokpal Bill is not passed in Parliament's Winter Session, he said, "Rising prices have shaken the Congress-led government. Coalition partners Trinamool Congress and DMK are restless and if they withdraw their support to topple UPA, Team Anna will try to take credit for the same."
Thackeray said, "Taking credit for the Hisar bypoll result too was hypocrisy on part of Team Anna as Congress had lost the seat in the earlier election in the constituency."
In an editorial in party mouthpiece 'Saamana', Thackeray said, "How can one describe his greatness? His ways are unique. He undertakes fast and also observes 'maun vrat' for soul searching. At times he praises Narendra Modi and also hails Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi.
"Anna is a patriot and he has driven truck on the battlefield and, therefore, all citizens should respect him. But this same 'Anna Maharaj' has retained Prashant Bhushan in his core committee even after he made an anti-national statement on the Kashmir issue."
The Shiv Sena chief said, "Kejriwal, Bedi, Sisodia are facing allegations of financial irregularities. Bhushan son-and-father duo have taken an anti-national posture on Kashmir and still they are all dear to Anna.
"I am not opposed to Hazare's anti-corruption movement but I do not believe in stunts and hypocritical postures."

I dont care who is he and what is he doing. We want corruption out and corrupt punished whomsoever it may be. Before Anna raised the voice against corruption where were others?
Every time I open a newspaper or see TV channels there is a yatra going on. LK Advani, Ramdev in Punjab, Sri Sri Ravishankar in UP and Anna's yet be Yatra's in Poll bound states. The so called civil rights activists like Kiran Bedi,Kejriwal etc claim they are fighting against corruption when they do not have any answer to the corruption charges levelled agaist them. I feel had mahatma Gandhi been alive, he would have exposed these game plans. Are all these yatras linked to the game plan of winning power by Sangh pariwar? Is it really about corruption? I think it is not about corruption but a well coordinated strategy to win elections.
Sir, The analysis presented by Bal Thakrey in his editorial in Saamna is very timely.Undoubtedly, fuelled by the media hype Anna Hazare has today become second Gandhi. But just as Gandhiji took the entire credit for the freedom of the country, though it was a result of a combination of factors including Gandhiji,s movements,Anna is also trying to take the entire credit for the present anti Congress atmosphere in the country. This is a culmination of anti people policies of UPA-1 and UPA-2 policies which has made the life of common men miserable.
Request to all the polical parties to provide their stand on Anti Curroption Bill - Jan LokPal Bill. As on now none of the parties came forward and placed the bill in the parliament. This speaks who is hypocratic. Let Anna team to do their best to get the bill passed. We are sick of these political parties which are stinking like hell. These political parties does anything to get the votes and nothing else. Once they are elected , they loot our money ( tax payer's money ). Let us stop this.
