A team of ATS officers have secured their custody from a Madhya Pradesh court and are on their way to Mumbai, they said.

"They will be reaching Mumbai and depending upon their time of arrival, we will be presenting them before a local court later in the day or tomorrow," a senior ATS officer said.

Among others being brought to Mumbai is Shibli Peedical Abdul, a top leader of the banned SIMI, who was reportedly present in Mumbai on July 11, 2006 when a series of seven synchronised explosion on board suburban local trains were reported, killing 187 persons.

Nagori and Abdul were arrested along with 11 other leaders during a clampdown on SIMI's activities earlier this year.
