Washington Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson wants to move away from period dramas and star in a Wild West movie.

In an interview to 'Harper Bazaar', the 24-year-old expressed her desire to portray the role of a madam in the western.

"Every actor wants to work on a western. I would run a brothel, like a madam or something. I'm working with what I got,” ‘Contactmusic’ quoted her as saying.

“It's only so long that people are going to want to see me in a corset. So I might as well do it now," she added.

The Horse Whisperer had recently revealed that she couldn’t wait to shed her sex symbol image so that she may get meatier roles.

The actress said that she is hoping to achieve more recognition for her talent rather than her looks, as she grows older.
