Aggarwal and P.P.Neolkar beanch write diretion to give tamil naidu chief minister . I think law is not permission to called of strick and other voilance to india city. One should punshied to some parities bands and no write election to India. The party has gravanses to written fight and non voilance marge to order by High courts and distric courts otherwise miss happen to any voilance to punsished such a party. this my view syed waji Hassan

In kerala, where the High court judged bandh to be unconstitutional, political parties introduced hartal as an alternative to bandh. It is practically same as bandh.Now there is a movement ongoing to allow the citizens the right to work during Hartals. I appreciate the judgment. Communal and nonsecular people like Karunanidhi don't deserve to live in secular India. They should be stripped and thrown out of the country.

Sir, The apex court’s judgments must be obeyed in letter and spirit unquestionably but in practice it is not so because the judgments are doubted being not unbiased, uninfluenced and unaffected from the other considerations. These remain and seen to be over-ruled anytime. Now in these days of awareness, it is becoming open secret and the talk of day that the very appointments of judges and court officials are political in nature. The apex court miserably failed to take notice and check the State sponsored terrorism in India. The orders of restraining of ruling parties from going ahead with the State sponsored ‘state-wide bandhs’ in their respective States are doubted being only an eye wash exercise and a publicity stunt for outside propaganda. Normally, during the ruling party sponsored bandh, the chances of violence are always negligible. Such ‘state-wide bandhs’ are held only to maintain the aspirations of their people and highlight the issues of their benefit as is the case presently of Tamil Nadu.The present stay order of the apex court is also not without suspicion and to be taken as stage-managed only. Supreme court has been influenced by a particular political and ideological perspective now. It is unfortunate that Supreme court and so our law is loosing its supremacy with a few judges who think that they cannot be criticised for anything. It is highly respected and supreme body but due to these kind of decision its standard and genuineness have lost. It shows as if they have become pro-particular communities. I think the judges in future will be appointed in a way that favours a particular political and ideological agendas too! This is very unfortunate for our country.

Any political party that commits a contempt of court should face serious penalties including derecognition.

This judgement has sent clear message to policians. They can no longer sacrifice people's freedom to meet their political and personal welfare. Specifically, in this particular instance, the judgement could not have come at a better time, as it is not clear as to against whom the bandh was called.

It was heartening to note that the Supreme Court of India has stayed the Bandh. Saner counsel could have prevailed and the Political parties could have resorted to other legal ways to express their support to the Sethusamudram Project.As the court observed, it was only to show their might that a bandh was proposed.

Kalaignar or anybody can be an athiest.It is for the religeous leaders to explain to the people of India that Ramar Bridge citing either mythologically or scientifically and instead they take everything sentimentally.Have they ever thought of making the name as Ramar Bridge instead of internationally depicted name of Adam bridge? Bandh is the only weapon for the people to express their opposition as long as it is held peacefully and with due regards to Supreme Court, I feel the Supreme Court should have upheld the decision of Chennai High court to allow the Bandh with minimum or nil inconvenience to the public.Supreme Court can also take into consideration that the Scheduled Bandh will be in Tamilnadu and for protecting the interests of the people of Tamilnadu.I am a staunch Hindu and I am really pained to note that the damage caused to Hinduism is much more than the athiests. I do not find any Hindu practicing the Sanadhana Dharma as preached by Hinduism.

The Chennai High Court committed a major error in this case; the Supreme Court has righted that major wrong. And quite rightly so. And the law has taken its own due course in Delhi. It is very unfortunate that the Chennai High Court in its wisdom gave the green signal - even a conditional one for the bandh. TN seems to be emulating the Bengal example of bandhs on one excuse or the other, purely for votebank politics purposes.

It is very painful to read the comments on Lord Rama made by a responsible person holding the highest office in Tamil Nadu and supported by these commies. First he should apologise to all Hindus.He has history of taking procession of hindu gods garlanded with chappals Venugopal Commission report about thousands of Hindu Women made to run Naked in Kanyakumuri by DMK was not made public. -On one hand, the financial viability is on weak grounds and on the other hand is the issue of disturbing Hindu sentiments. When the country was recovering from the shock of the controversial affidavit, MK’s comments have put the healing on a backtrack. He should remember that Gandhiji, father of our nation, dreamt of “Rama Rajya” . He should read and try to understand the brightness of Ramayana and Mahabharata.

A ban on Bandh was already in existence. But bandh callers have another terminology 'Hartal' which is nothing but 'Bandh'. Would the Hon'ble Supreme Court clarify that Bandh and Hartal are the same; so that the this destructive trend comes to an end in India.
