In his bail petition, Ahuja said, "It is learnt that there were no external injuries on the person, which is inconsistent with the story put forth by the complainant." 36-year-old Ahuja contended that he came from a good family background and denied consensual sex or rape, saying he was being "framed up" and was a victim of a "well-hatched conspiracy" to malign his image and extort money from him. "It is a well-hatched conspiracy to malign my image and extort money from me. The victim's story of alleged rape is highly suspicious and doubtful as no external injuries were found on her person," Shiney's bail petition said.
The prosecution argued that granting bail to Ahuja at this stage might hamper the probe as he was influential and might tamper with witnesses or even intimidate the victim. Prosecutor R V Kini said police have a strong case against Shiney as DNA and medical reports have corroborated the victim's allegations.
Ahuja was arrested on June 15 after his 20-year-old maid accused him of raping her in his Oshiwara home. The actor is currently lodged at the Central Prison on Arthur Road and his judicial custody has been extended till July 16.

Mamata, what if he is not innocent? Though I need not ask the question any more, as in my opinion, even a blind man can see it all through. Don't be another Sonal (and Andrew, bah !), for god's sake! Where did you learn this shady man was a big actor? I had never heard of him before, and when I heard, I had better not hear anything about him! What is it that bothers you, any way? What conspiracy this poor little maid without any possible connections at the right levels can cook up against this conniving bugger? This is a well planned act on part of this shady guy who in all probability thought that the girl will be awed by his supposed glamour and give consent. Don't you see it all as clear as a book? Or are you from Delhi, it is always foggy there now a days. Get wise and let us all women join hands first. Even the lesbians have come together openly now so what gives, buddy?

This time everyone is taking girl's side considering that this big actor has misused his name and fame and still will make wrong use of that. But if he surely have got so many contacts, then he would definately wont have been treated like this. Before coming to any conclusion it is important to take the girl's back ground into mind, why will she be doing all this and if she herself was under someone else pressure. If shiney is innocent and is really suffered by some conspiracy, then the girl will get whatever she is trying for, money as well as sympathy..
It is beginning to look like another legal rigmarole again. What a mess this judicial system of our is. Can the bureaucracy and judiciary not do anything straight? This is nothing but just to confused the context of the crime committee. Well if the girl says that she was raped and DNA prove that she was rape. What is the lawyer trying to twist the crime. It looks like the lawyer must have got a handsome amout paid and must be trying to bribe the judge. Please remember the public are waiting for the verdict and when it goes in favour of shiney believe me the public will take the law in their hand and who is responsible for the vendolismation taking place will be the responsible of the judge who is going to give the wrong Judgement. So well Judge be prepared to go to prison for the distruction of public property taking place.

The guilty needs to be punished. But Shiney being a man shouldn't be made to start from negative. What if the girl was enamoured by this succesful man and got him entangled.
It will be a interesting case. Even though circumstantial evidence is more than enough but the lawyer of Mr. Ahuja for sure is paid handsome amount of money to bring the counter logic. Here Mrs. Ahuja can also be helpful for example it can be said that the domestic girl found the used condom and with the syringe injected herself with the seman.
