Congress slide by Hero Vaz on 26 Feb 2009

All Sonia can think of is being back in power. Service to people and the country does not come into the reckoning. From the time the presidentship of the Congress Party was thrust on her because of the accident of her carrying the Gandhi surname, the Congess Party has been on the slide down thanks to her miserable and unaccepted 'leadership'. At the next Lok Sabha election, the Congresswill fare the worst thanks to her negative leadership and the spineless handling of Pakistan, post 26/11.

Portending Congress debacle by Hero Vaz on 26 Feb 2009

The first thing to see is as to why there is factionalism in the Congress Party. The obvious answer is that the so called leadership of Italian nonentity, Sonia Gandhi, has been simply rotten. The Congress Party can never do well with Sonia as their wonderful head. The Party is going to face its worst Lok Sabha elections. Disaster awaits it.
