London Actress Katie Holmes has sparked health concerns because of her super-skinny frame at the premiere of Tom Cruise’s ‘Valkyrie’.

The 30-year-old star wore a senorita-style Christian Lacroix gown at the premiere – although it drew attention to her bony neckline, barely-there cleavage and skinny arms.

"Katie used to have curves in the all the right places but they seem to have disappeared,” The ‘Sun’ quoted a source as saying.

"She's been covering up in suits recently so it's only now we've come to realise she has lost a lot of weight," the source added.
