TRIL to launch a landmark residential project in Kochi

Mumbai Tata Realty And Infrastructure Limited (TRIL), a 100 subsidiary of Tata Sons, on Monday announced its plans to develop a landmark residential project at Kochi in Kerala.

This marks the company’s entry into the second major city along the south-west coast of India, a press release issued here stated.

The TRIL team led by Ratanakar P Mahajan, Vice-PresidentBusiness Development, has chosen a centrally-located area in Kochi for the project. The neighborhood is a high-end residential hub situated close to the Central Business District of Kochi and enjoys excellent connectivity and proximity to the economic centers of the city, the release said.
