This kind of barbarism against women in India in the 21st century has to be met with an equally stringent law, that the people involved in acts such as these will serve atleast 5 years of unbailable rigorous imprisonment. No political party can be allowed to be associated with such acts. And a notice has to be served by default to such political parties by the election commission, that another such attack by party workers or organizations associated with party will be suspended if in power and will not be allowed to contest elections for the next two terms.
