You are suffering from allergic rhinitis and bronchial hyper-reactivity (bronchal asthma). This could be seasonal and occasionally may become persistent. Avoid allergens like pollen dust and dust mites embedded in the carpet. If the situation becomes really bad, you should consult a physician for further medication.
I am 27 years old and frequently get headaches, especially on one side of the head. This often occurs together with nausea and vomiting. The attacks come mostly during menstrual cycles. Please advise what to do.

The symptoms indicate that you have migraine. Avoid food items that have cheese. Such headaches tend do to precipitate during cycles. If you get frequent attacks you should take prophylaxis and for symptomatic relief, take paracetamol.
