When BJP comes to power charges should be filed against all the "Congress Bureau of Investigation" senior officers, who are colluding with Congress. It is known that Congress uses CBI and Tax authorities to control opposition. It is believed that SP, BSP, RJD etc. side Congress in critical bills since Congress knows their secrets (wire tapping). Supreme court should intervene, and reveal Congress's misuse of CBI and High Court judges.

Good thing is that india has made mockery of its justice system , when everyone knows who is behind Gujarat massacre and in turn gujju people voted him to power. The great deeds CBI is doing in India has brought peace and justice there, but bringing the hope and light of the saviour of Western nations to India as well, under the Western leadership of Watican appointtee Saint Shoonya. Hence to further improve their work to make it to the standards of noble organisations like Opus Dei, Italian Mafia that works for Poope, CIA, Taliban police, ISI etc., Noble Prize must be given to CBI by the Saved Nations of the West.

If CBI has solid evidence, come out clean in media that despite having evidence they are not co-operating. Stop this Gandhi family appeasement policy and just declare that you the CBI have only talks and dialogues to be made outside Gujarat, preferably in J&K for appeasing muslims to have Rahul Gandhi in 2014 elected secularly. CBI has no evidence and is playing dirty games under congress government in delhi and sonia gandhi puppets.

Transfer BOFORS case outside India so that truth can prevail?

First CBI is clearly in contempt of Gujrat's courts by telling supreme court that none of the state courts are out of influence of politicians. Now if the case is transferres outside of the state then whats the guarantee that other states politicians will not influence the case. I personally think Supreme Court should take start proceedings against CBI for contempt of court, else tomorrow CBI will say central ministers are influencing the case. The problem lies in investigating agency, the agency be asked to provide a list of arrests made and convictions obtained. I guarantee that the record will be dismal.

You cannot fool judicary however powerful the people may be.This observations of the CBI is an alarm bell for corrupt and brutal IPS/ Political head nexus. I will be more happy if the DGs and DDGs of Gujrat IPS who were poodle for Narendra Modi are put behind bar.What a marvellous exposure of criminal politcs Of BJP Malik sabse bada?

CBI is penny wise and pound foolish. They let off the big criminals like Anderson and Qoaterachi.They even showed keen interest to close their files to favour some big political figures.They are wasting valuable public money for probing the alleged fake encounter over the death of a person that too a suspected terrorist.Media is reporting this like the only issue to be solved in our country and everything else is perfect.CBI should be held responsible for waste of public money spent for the FAKE PROBES and recover the same from the responsible CBI officials.

Till now; out of the way; CBI came to media & talked as if they have 100& foolproof case. Secular Medis already obeyed the order of Her majesty and told police to start making deathbeds of Modi; Shah & Others. Now Why CBI wants to take the case out of Gujrat. This is something seriously wrong & rotten.Does CBI wants to take the case in pakistan to please Royal Family and Her Majesty & Prince.

cbi has rightly been criticised for its inablity to do justice for alloted tasks to it especially when mighty and powerful people are involved. it has been misused many times by politicians which shows that its indipendet functioning is questionable and doubtful. it requires immdiat overhaul.in the long run gurat case would prove me right.

The CBI is dancing to the tunes of the congress, we can only say that the much taunted slogan "Hum Aadmi" by the Congress is not addressed to the people, but to the CBI. If the Govt is sincere let a white paper be placed in the parliament about the functioning of CBI in last seven years - how Quotrochi case was handled - how Mullayam singh and Mayavathi cases are dilly dallying every day - how Karunanithi's son Alagiri was acquitted in ex TN minister Ta krishnan case and Dinakaran employees murder case - how Madhu kota case is being handled - how 1984 sikh riots case was dealt with-Let cases be filed against every CBI official who misused his office in bringing false cases or failed in his duty by not conducting the cases properly. Then we will know how rotten and irrelevant the CBI has become now

Why we are wasting a huge amount of money on agancies like CBI who even can't solve a 14 year old girl's murder in her home. They are good for nothing. We don't need such agency. They are here only to big bribes. Sack them.

This is unbelieveable the way media and most people call this case as murder and Fake-Counter.Still no authentic proves are laid before the court and it is already being dubbed/propagated just to malign Shah and BJP.If the Govt and CBI is sure about justice of the Nation then why it has to transfered to some other state?We have one Nation with one constitution and every law is effective in the whole country and so is with the credibility of justice(only if CBI believes in it).Their reluctance to continue the proceeding in the state where the crime took place shows they want to manipulate to declare Shah a guilty and then perhaps try silly tricks to summon Modi to defame.This is very notorious intrigue of Congress using both CBI and Justice for their craving of power and greed.They are purposefully playing pranks with Pakistan as well to show urgency and exigency to purchase weapons etc,through which they will make billions in kick-backs to use/invest to buy and beguile votes/voters.

In a country where we have more than 4 crore case pending which if no new cases added would take 23 years to give justice, it is a complete waste of resorses for innocent civilians by undertaking trial of a terrorist like Sohrabuddin.(Remember more than 100 A-K 47 and 1 lakh magazines of bullets were found in the well of his house by MP police)

My question is why the CBI failed to identify and bring to justice a single person post Mrs. Indira Gandhi's assassination when several thousands innocents were butchered? The irony is everyone knows who these people were.

The Central Bureau of Investigation have filed there six months old investigation report and seek the approval for fair trail from the Supreme Court of India to allow them to transfer the case to some another State . As no doubt C.B.I. have there powers of investigation , As the case is being investigated in Gujarat , there is no need to transfer the case out side Gujarat . The C.B.I. has arrested the Former Minister of State Mr Amit Shah and now it is up to the C.B.I. to find out the truth . The transfer of the case to another State is not justified as all the evidences if any are in Gujarat .

This is a common slogan by congressmen when it comes to BJP or other opposition parties who oppose them. CBI will be used against the people whom congress leadership does not like.why transfer the case from Gujarat.If judiciary is independent case can be tried anywhere.CBI dances to the tune of central govt run by congress .What happened to the case against quotterichhi/.Hon Shri Bharadwaj told CBI to withdraw the same and they obliged and now Shi Bharadwaj is blessed with the post of Governer.The same is the case is with so many other cases.People do not have faith in CBI.But still there is some We have seen how CBI withdrew the cases against some opposition leaders for favours shown to the congress party by voting with them in parliament. It can certainly be assumed that CBI has nothing and is trying to mislead the SC by its demand for shifting the Sohrabuddin case out of Gujrat. Till yesterday, they have solid and concrete proof of the involvement of Ministers and Police officers and today they are scared to face the music. CBI's demand is an insult to Judiciary and it appears SC will take a serious view of CBI's irrelevant demand. Besides, SC should pull up CBI for threatening DGP Pande and an other IPS officer Geetha Johri by saying co-operate or face the consequences. Nevertheless, if CBI has put in so much efforts genuinly 50% of Congress leaders would have been languishing in Jails for butchering of thousands Sikhs besides they would have been enjoying the company of QUOTTROCCHI & ANDERSON. Surely SC will see where lies the truth.

Congress should understand that more it gets involved in political witch-hunting, the more its image of a tolerant party is dented. Allow the CBI to follow its natural course. I hope CBI also understands that its own image is at stake & there is every need to be extra-cautious without jumping to random conclusions, as this case is politically sensitive... ~ Perhaps the Congress party understands that the attention of the public cannot be diverted from the pressing Issues of PRICE RISE, TERRORISM, PAKISTAN!!! Time and again it has become obvious to the people of this country that CBI is playing double game,and acting as a tool of Congress.It has lost its relevence as a credible impartial investigating agency.The Supreme court should take proactive steps to either redeem it from the control of Congress in a constitutionally foolproof manner or replace it by a body consisting of representives of both the ruling and opposition including responsible apolitical respected persons from public, all in equal proportion, to regulate its activities in investigating all criminal cases objectively, irrespective of whether they relate to the ruling party or opposition.That will be one effective way to make democracy successful, else it will always be used as a political tool by the ruling party.
