New Delhi The Oberoi Group on Thursday said the Trident Mumbai, which was one of the hotels targeted by terrorist during last week's attack, will reopen for guests from December 21.

The company has, however, not disclosed its plans for reopening of the other hotel, Oberoi, which was also another site of attack by the terrorists.

"A round-the-clock effort is underway by the management and staff to ensure that the hotel (Trident) is ready to receive guests," the Oberoi Group said in a statement.

All arrangements have been taken to ensure security once the hotel reopens, it added.

"When the hotel reopens, enhanced security will be in place to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff. The local law enforcement agencies have also been requested to extend all assistance," the statement added.

The hotel had sustained damage during the attacks and will be reopening after three weeks of closure, following the incident.
