Two fires in city

Kolkata, May 30 A couple of days after the Chandni Chowk Market fire, two cases of fire accidents were reported in the city on Friday. The first incident occurred at a temporary shed on the South Tangra road around 12:30 pm. No casualty was reported and the source of the fire is yet to be ascertained. The second incident (left) was reported from a house on the Vivekanada Road, Manicktala, around 1 pm. The owner of the house, Cauvery Roy and her brother-in-law Manik Patra, were trying to install a defective cylinder. Roy and Patra suffered minor burns and were discharged after treatment.
