If the people of gujarat is happy with the blood stained leader then no one can stop him. Gujarat has been taken over by fundamentalism, there is no value for human lives as exhibited by the riots there. By the way in all our history of Indipendant India did we punish any leader for communal riots? I bet no.In our country religion and religious hatread sells well and the smart politician knows how to fool the public very well.
