New Delhi Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz is apparently planning to take her relationship with British model Paul Sculfor to next level.

According to the sources, the couple, who have been dating since last May, are planning to get married, reports the ‘China Daily’.

“Cameron and Paul are having a wonderful time and don't want to spoil it by pushing things, but they have used the m-word occasionally,” said a source.

"They're playing house in a serious way - both openly admit marriage scares them but they are very much in love and the subject has come up," the source added.

The couple have met each other's friends and families, and are said to be planning more family get-togethers.

The source added: "They have plans for another round of family meetings in the near future and the betting is that a proposal is imminent. This relationship is something very special and they are both taking it very seriously indeed."
