Saif Ali Khan may not have had formal training in stunts, unlike Akshay Kumar, but he’s all set to change that. For his forthcoming film, Abbas-Mustan’s Race, Khan is determined to turn into an action hero. He had to jump from a 22-storey building with a harness attached to him and he insisted on performing the stunt himself, without the aid of a professional artiste. Needless to say, producer Ramesh Taurani was elated with this publicity gimmick. “We are thankful to Saif for doing this stunt. He did it three times, not just once,” said Taurani, who also kept a doctor and ambulance standby. Guess neither Khan nor Taurani has heard of something called bungee jumping before.
