Dharamshala, January 31 The proposed winter move of the state government will begin from second week of February, said sources in the Chief Minister’s office.

Dhumal will also visit the adjoining districts of Una, Chamba and Hamirpur during his winter move.

When contacted on phone, Special Secretary to Chief Minister J.R. Katwal said though the date is yet to be the finalised for the winter move, it would begin in the second week of February.

During his stay at Dharamshala, the Chief Minister would give a personal hearing to the grievances of the people. Sources said he also plans to inaugurate various projects that are complete. He would also lay the foundation stones of 36 new schemes and projects.

In the previous Dhumal government, there were five ministers and one parliamentary secretary from Kangra district. Since OBCs dominate the area, Dhumal had appointed three ministers and one parliamentary secretary from the OBC communities. Even this time, four Cabinet ministers have been appointed by the Chief Minister from this belt.
