Ludhiana, March 5 Kundan Vidya Mandir celebrated ‘World Maths Day’ here today. Principal S C Saxena cut the special cake, which featured geometrical designs. As the Principle’s own subject is Mathematics, he had a good time quizzing teachers and testing their mental ability.

Sandwiches bearing different mathematical shapes and sizes were served on the occasion. J P Sharda also came for the celebrations, which aimed to promote the study of maths. The principal appreciated the innovative efforts of staff in organising the function.
