A Hardy Party

The very irreverent clothing brand Ed Hardy goes perfectly with equally irreverent rap and hip-hop music. In keeping with its rocker image, Ed Hardy, held a swinging party at the recently launched F Bar and Lounge in Hotel Ashoka (Delhi).

The reason? Ed Hardy’s spring-summer collection. Designer Manav Gangwani, who also played host came suitably attired in a trademark T-Shirt with the Ed Hardy slogan, Love kills slowly. DJ Aqeel played some smashing music, while wife Farah Khan and Mahima Chaudhry, Riya Sen and Meher Bhasin swayed to the tunes.

The eye turning blingy collection, meanwhile, adorned the Lounge area, so that when people walked in, they were assailed by foil prints in gold, cool tattoo art and the Hardy staple of animal prints.

Interesting T-shirts with hoods, leather appliqué work and trendy shoes and caps completed the whacky but cool look. Prices start at Rs 1,000.
