Sajid Khan sweats over hosting the next Star Screen Awards

It is his fourth year as the host of Screen Awards and Sajid Khan is all set to set the stage on fire. The verdict was that last year’s Star Screen Awards show was the best, and this year Khan plans to outdo himself. If he wowed the audience with his towel-dropping act, inspired by Ranbir Kapoor in Saawariya, this year he plans to bring the house down with his Dostana act, by appearing in micro shorts.

“This is my fourth uninterrupted year of hosting the Screen Awards. Last year, I appeared in a towel, this year I will be in briefs. God knows what I will have to do next year,” he laughs. To achieve an enviable body, somewhere close to John Abraham’s, Khan claims he is losing 200 grams every day. A workout and measured diet are de rigueur. “I may not become like John Abraham, who has a superior body, but at least I will be fit enough to strip down to briefs,” says the super-host. If Abraham’s exercise regimen includes jogging 10 km, two hours of weights, more than 300 pushes and 1,000 crunches, Khan says he is following a diet of four toasts, a bowl of soup, two rotis, one tandoori chicken, protein shakes and Marie biscuits.

Besides Dostana, Khan, along with Shreyas Talpade, plans to make a spoof of Fashion, complete with a wardrobe malfunction!
